The staff was efficient and around most of the time. The location was unbeatable, close to so many great bars, restaurants and attractions, and other attractions.

The location of the hotel was perfect, with easy access to various restaurants, bars, and cafes nearby. It was also conveniently located close to public transportation, making it easy to explore the city. the staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout our stay.

One major downside was the noise from the street late into the night, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Another negative aspect was the occasional unpleasant smell in our room.

Everything was nice, themed and tastefully decorated room with a comfortable bed. Location in the middle of the city was a plus. Grill bar Burgerfabriek was 200 metres away from the place.

Location - Rembrant Square, lots of bars and restaurants nearby. I was quite worried as I heard it was really noisy at night, and that the hotel manager Peter was rude. Neither of these were true. Peter was pleasant and extremely helpful. The rooms are really big and very comfortable.

Loved staying at the nice cosy and air-conditioned king room with a nice interior. The location was excellent and amazing - next to bars and restaurants. You could walk to a flower market and a market.

The bed was quite small, that's my bad luck.

Outstanding location with restaurants, canals, and museums within walking distance. Comfortable beds and bedding, clean rooms. Friendly and welcoming staff. Great for exploring central attractions.

Felt most welcome, nothing too much trouble.

The hotel is Next to Somerset nice restaurants and night life... The hotel self is so beautiful done you feel like home... The little touches inside the room really nice very helpful staff and the owner self lives in the first floor second and third is the rooms.... Reception closes at 8 in the evening but that's ok. Only bad thing it's the stairs it's lot to walk but he you go mornings out and return home maybe go out in the night so some stairs keep you fit. If I would go again to Amsterdam I take this hotel for sure

Everyone was nice. Location: the hotel was not far from bars and restaurants, a square with plenty of restaurants and night life choices, and the market.

The property was fairly clean with pretty friendly staff. I've had romantic and nice cosy room with cosy decor, a nice bathroom, for instance. The location was fantastic, a 10-15 minute walking distance from The Biblical Museum. You could walk to a big supermarket and supermarkets.

There were charming little, nicely furnished rooms with a private bathroom in the heart of amsterdam. The location was excellent and the staff members were amicable. There was a good restaurant, a large supermarket and a supermarket next door.

Great service and friendly staff made our stay enjoyable. The room was clean and comfortable, with everything we needed. The central location was a huge advantage, allowing us to easily explore the city's attractions on foot.

There were some noise issues on the weekend nights due to nearby clubs and bars. the room we stayed in had small windows and felt less luxurious than expected.

Hotel Imperial is more like a bed and breakfast (without the breakfast if you don't pay) than a hotel. For two people we had one room and a bathroom. The shower broke our first day but was fixed immediately by the staff. The staff (the family who lives there- it's a house made into a hotel) are all very friendly. Rembrandt place (where the hotel is located) is a highly underrated part of the city that has a big local nightlife, with many bars and an excellent club within a block of the hotel. You can walk to central station (the farthest point from the hotel) in about 30 minutes. Also, our favorite coffeeshop, Rokerij, was two blocks from the hotel as well as many others, restaurants, and a beautiful flower market that's about half a mile long. If you're on a budget I'd definitely would recommend this place.
